Howard Street Home Policies

·       Minimum 2-night stay on special event weekends:  Rocky Mountain Oyster Festival, VC Grand Prix, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Hot August Nights, VC Heritage/Civil War Days, Street Vibrations, Camel Races, Outhouse Races, Thanksgiving, Christmas Parade of Lights, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve (unless agreed upon by owners of the Home).

·       Common Areas/Yards are closed at 11pm out of courtesy for our neighbors.

·       Smoking allowed in yards only.  No smoking, burning incense/candles in the Home.

·       No pets allowed.  The owners have two Australian Shepherds who will provide you with your pet "fix".  Our dogs are never allowed in guest rooms.  If you have allergies, our dogs will be isolated and only let out when you are off premises.

·       Enjoy yourself when you are here, but do not treat our home disrespectfully with excessive "party-ing".

·       This is an adult-oriented Bed & Breakfast/Home.  Younger persons will be considered under special circumstances.

·       We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file a $250 fee to cover any damages if it is determined that a guest has violated any of the policies stated.

·       Damages to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, equipment including removal of bedding, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged up to 120% of full and new replacement value.  Any damage to the property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each room.  Any damage to the property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each room.  Any costs associated with repairs or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.  In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.  

·       Kitchen use is prohibited (unless the owners of the HSHOME are present) per health and safety precautions in compliance with licensing in the State of Nevada.  We do offer use of our refrigerators, ice-maker, 24 hour coffee bar, and microwave oven.
